LIVE B.i.G. ("Believe in God") is our exciting  multimedia children's Sunday school experience for children preschool- 8th grade.

Children (preschool-8th grade) meet in the “B.i.G.” room in our renovated Sunday School Wing for both the 9:45 & 11:00 session. This is where parents should pick up their children after worship.

Two opportunities for kids to Live B.i.G. (9:45 & 11):
During the 9:30 worship service: “Live B.i.G. (Believe in God)” is offered in a “one room” format (all elementary ages together).
11:00-noon Live B.i.G.: This session starts and ends in the “B.i.G.” (formerly “Gathering”) Room. (After our high-energy opening worship, children will go to age appropriate classrooms. NOTE: children will be brought back to the B.i.G. Room for closing. Please pick them up there at noon. Exception: Bridge class (6th-8th grade– this group is dismissed from South Mtg. Room).
Foundations (4th-5th grade) and Bridge (6th-8th grade) will be having  going Roller Skating & Swimming in April and May.
For our younger kids, VEGGIE TALES is coming back on Sunday April 6! More information on these events soon.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL July 28 - Aug 1
Veggie Tales "THE PIRATES WHO DON'T DO ANYTHING" (Preschool only, 9:30-11am) and "POWER LAB" (Preschool - 5th grade, 5:30-8pm). Early registration begins May 5th.

BOOKS FOR BOTH CHILDREN AND YOUTH FOR LENT AND EASTER. This special cart can be found in either Zook Library or in the educational wing classrooms. Cards are provided in the back of the books to sign them out. Fill in your name and phone number (help children, if necessary). Place the card in the box provided. When returning books, place card back inside the book or in the return box.

PowerZone Heart of a Champion Sportscamp

The camp will run on June 23-27 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Garfield Church. Each day includes solid athletic training by Coach Doni Moody (NBA / AAU Trainer), “Huddles” for fun and Bible study, and dynamic athlete speakers. The theme of the camp is “Heart of a Champion.”
The male and female athletes will train separately and will be in small group “huddles” as well as in a larger group. Snacks will be provided.
The cost is only $75 per athlete before June 1, $90 thereafter.

Choirs:
DID YOU KNOW there are three exciting choirs for children, youth, and adults here at Garfield Church?
CHERUB CHOIR — Led by Nikki Barger at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday in the Children’s Choir Room, this choir is filled with music and movement for children in pre-school through first grade. nikki@garfieldchurch.org)
THE SINGING SERAPHIM — Maribeth Katt leads this choir for children in grades 2-5. This choir meets on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 12:45-1:30 p.m. in the Sunday School wing after lunch in the Family Life Center. singingseraphim@garfieldchurch.org
VICTORIOUS VOICES — This choir, led by Trina Carrier and Marie and Ken Jones, is for youth in grades 6-12 and adults. The singers meet on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 12:45-1:30 p.m. in the Adult Choir Room following lunch in the FLC. victoriousvoices@garfieldchurch.org
