We are excited to welcome back Cameron Boggs as we join together for worship on Sunday, October 18. Cameron will join Dre & Leah and our Mosaic worship team in leading us during Sunday morning worship. And in the evening at 6:30 pm, you are invited to join us for a concert as part of the “Give It All to Jesus” mission. No cost! Invite someone to come with you!!! Doors open at 6:00 pm.


This small group for youth in Junior High or Senior High youth is a 6 week experience, deisgned to help you understand what it means to be part of the church, how you can grow spiritually, and to learn about - and live into - Garfield's mission, vision, and values. You can join Garfield Memorial at the conclusion of the group if you wish. Next session starts September 27, 4:00 - 5:00 PM.

EVERYONE is invited to come on Saturday, November 7th from 1:00-4:00 pm to this open-house style event in the GMC Sanctuary & adjacent lobbies to enjoy the work of artists of all kinds and support homeless ministries in the greater Cleveland area. Calling artists, musicians, and performers of all ages to display their talents at the 4th Annual HIDDEN GEMS ART SHOW & SALE to benefit Cleveland area men’s and women’s shelters. Additionally, we are looking for face-painters, as well as people to help with set-up and tear-down. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the church office. The holiday season can be one of the most difficult times for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Join us for a compassionate, faith-centered workshop designed to offer hope, practical tools, and encouragement as you prepare for the holidays.
Together, we'll explore the grieving process through meaningful discussion, hands-on healing activities, a presentation from a licensed grief counselor, opportunities for reflection, and supportive fellowship. Whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago, you are welcome.
Childcare is not provided and attendees should be over the age of 16.

Children and youth in grades 2-8 are invited to be part of this year’s Christmas Musical Play, “A Tree Lot Christmas: Joining Jesus’ Family Tree” which will be presented on Sunday, Dec. 20 at 2 & 4 PM in the KidzSpace Theater. Weekly Sunday rehearsals will run from 10:00 AM-11:15 AM in the Community Room. No auditions are required but there will be soft auditions for those who would like a speaking part. “A Tree Lot Christmas” explores what it means to be part of God's "family tree" and the importance of sharing His love and generosity with others.

On October 25 the Off the GRIDdle Food Truck will be at Garfield from 10AM-1PM as all are invited to share in community and Come Dream with Us.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for our Outreach table at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®)'s Trunk or Treat on Wed 10/28 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Tri-C Eastern Campus. The event is located in Lot H1, near the campus' Harvard Rd entrance. Non-participating vehicles and trick-or-treaters can park in the adjacent Lots B1 and B2.) We'll be providing giveaways, church information & prayer at this free community event. All ages are welcome to volunteer with us.
DONATIONS NEEDED: individually wrapped candies, toys, useful items like toothbrushes AND Halloween decorations for our space. Expected number of trick-or-treaters is 300 to 500.

This event annually draws between 300 - 500 participants and over 50 vehicles from Tri-C departments, local businesses, organizations, and local first responders. This free, family-friendly event is open to all ages and features a special Touch-a-Truck experience with law enforcement and emergency service vehicles. Costumes are encouraged. Prizes will be awarded for the best-decorated vehicles, so bring your Halloween spirit and plenty of candy and promotional items! The Trunk or Treat is a rain or shine event, and will only be cancelled in case of severe weather.

Pizza with the Pastors is an informal gathering over pizza with our pastors & staff where you can ask questions, hear more about Garfield’s mission & vision, and help us to get to know you better.
